Effect of pregabalin on sucrose preference. Figure 2 shows the anhedonic behavior examined in the chronic period after two weeks of pregabalin treatment (i.p, 5, 10, 30, 60, 100 mg/kg). One-way ANOVA and Tukey were used as statistical tests. (There is no significant difference between the experimental groups and sucrose preference is above 65%)
