Renal function analysis. A Serum urea level of study groups, B Serum creatinine level of study groups. Rats were subjected to ischemia for 30 min and reperfusion for 2 h. Rats were pre-treated with either vehicle DMSO, resveratrol (30 mg\kg), or left untreated (sham and induced group) 30 min before ischemia. Urea and Cr concentrations were determined using Urea and Cr ELISA kits. One-way ANOVA followed by an LSD multiple comparison test was used for analysis.
